Roles and responsibilities
Amira is responsible for day to day operational management of student accommodation both on-campus and off-campus which includes accommodation inquiries, room allocation, accommodation utilities, maintenance of residents records and tenancy agreements, keeping and preparation of management statistics. She also handles check-in and check-out processes along with pre check-in and check-out material. Amira also manages residents' ongoing complaints, enquiries as well as assuming warden duties.
