Event details

The 21st Century brings along a unique set of opportunities and challenges. Automation, technology and the Fourth Industrial Revolution carry the promise to free our youth to focus on achieving their highest potential and the threat of putting them out of a job. In order to develop resilient and purpose-led graduates who are able to harness change and employ technology to add real value, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is introducing “Empower Programme.”

“Empower” is a structured 4-level programme that takes students on a journey to develop the skills of Leading Self, Leading Teams, Leading Communities and Leading Enterprise. In this talk, Professor Mushtak Al-Atabi will share the details of this innovative programme and how it can help our graduates be successful, relevant and happy in a time of change and disruption.
