1. Robert Jackson

Regional Director (RICS) 

Rob joined the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2013. Prior to this he spent over 20 years working in senior management roles based in the Middle East and has extensive knowledge of establishing and leading businesses in a diverse range of sectors and markets. His roles have been at senior management and global board level focusing on strategic growth, organisational change and efficient plan delivery.

Rob is currently a Director for RICS and sits on the Global Operating Group. He is responsible for the RICS strategic growth plan and delivery in the Middle East and North Africa markets, and is leading several initiatives in the GCC where RICS are working with, and advising governments and regulators to create sustainable and healthy property markets underpinned by appropriate processes, standards and regulations.

2. Noreen Hollywood

Noreen is a Chartered construction professional (MCIOB) serving as the Executive Director of Hollywood Associates, specialising in Commercial,

Contract Administration and Claims Consultancy Services in Dubai. She is the elected member of both the CIOB Members’ Forum (MENA Representative) and the CIOB Local Hub Committee for Dubai. As the International Alumni Ambassador for the University of Ulster (Northern Ireland), she is also former graduate of Heriot-Watt University and was appointed as the CIOB’s Education Lead to liaise with universities in the Middle East in successfully becoming either a CIOB Accredited institution and / or providing CIOB-Accredited courses.

She is a frequent Guest Lecturer and Presenter at various seminars, events, teaching institutions and universities throughout the Middle East on built environment and construction-related courses and the importance of Chartership, providing a mentoring framework for young construction professionals as they begin their professional career.
