To ensure fairness and consistency in our recruitment and selection procedures, all applications received will be retained on file for a minimum period of six months. Where the successful candidate requires a Certificate of Sponsorship, we must keep all applicant information for that vacancy for a period of 4 years or until the Home Office has carried out an audit, whichever is the longer, irrespective of the outcome.
