How do online assets best meet the needs of our customers and help us achieve our business objectives?

Our website forms the centrepiece of our digital marketing strategy, but is one element in what needs to be an integrated marketing approach taking in mobile, eCommerce, social, site and search engine optimisation and advertising.

Schools and sections within Heriot-Watt University are already using social networking channels such as Facebook and Twitter to target specific audiences to promote programmes, events, sports clubs, etc and are implementing online advertising campaigns to recruit students to the university.
