Prerequisites Attendees should have attended the Introduction to Windows course, or be accustomed to working in the Windows environment. Basic keyboarding skills.

Overview Clueless about citing and referencing? Think it’s a lot of hassle and don’t quite see the point? Then “Come on down!” to this session... We’ll talk about what its all about, the benefits of getting to grips with it and how to make the whole thing as easy as...well...citing and referencing. Ideal if you want to avoid spending 3 days and typing up your reference list!
