Registration and arrival procedures

Before arriving for your study placement, you will be sent an information pack by your school with the date of your pre-registration meeting where you will meet your Programme Coordinator.

Registration is made electronically. You will receive information on how to complete the electronic registration with your acceptance letter and in your Freshers' Guide. For more details, please see Information on electronic registration.

Once registered you will be issued with a student ID card which is required to borrow books at the university library, use the computers, etc.

At the beginning of your placement, you can bring your Arrival Certificate to the Institutional Exchange Co-ordinator (IEC) to get it completed and signed. A Completion Certificate will have to be completed and signed by the IEC at the end of your study placement.  You will also be contacted at the end of your placement, by the IEC to complete our exchange placement questionnaire.
