The International Student Advisors Office is staffed by two advisors and two part-time secretaries.
Our advisors are Peter Reinbold and Louise Bingham.
Peter and Louise are here to help students with their immigration queries (visa extensions, dependants, batch scheme, etc) and can also help them with welfare issues such as council tax and bank accounts. Students can book one-to-one appointments with Peter and Louise and get personalised advice. Peter and Louise are also involved in the decision process of the tuition fee status queries.
Our secretaries are Hazel Wheldon and Gillian Mitchell.
Hazel and Gillian are the first point of contact within ISAO. Do not hesitate to come to see them or contact them by email or phone if you have any queries. They will be more than happy to answer your queries or put you in touch with one of the advisors when necessary.
Hazel works Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Gillian works Thursdays and Fridays.
