You must indicate how many guest tickets you require on the graduation application form. You can request a maximum of three guest tickets. Requests for guest tickets on application forms submitted after 16 October 2015, may be unsuccessful. Guest tickets will NOT be posted out but will be available to collect from the venue on the day of the ceremony. It will not be possible to purchase additional guest tickets at the ceremony. Tickets entitle guests to attend the ceremony and the reception afterwards. Graduands do not require a ticket.
Children are welcome to attend, however you should note that graduation ceremonies may not be suitable for very young children. Your party may be asked to sit at the end of an aisle or near an exit so that the child can be taken outside should they become restless. There will be no child care or babysitting facility, so children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 5 years or under are not required to pay for a guest ticket, however if they require their own seat, a ticket must be requested for them.
