Preparing for study
Your School or Institute will give you a programme handbook, which contains detailed information about your School/Institute and department, and the structure and delivery of the programme you are studying.
Information Services (Library & IT)
Our campus libraries offer the perfect study environment. They have all the books, journals and study materials you'd expect (both online and print), as well as wi-fi and networked PCs, a variety of study spaces for individual and group work. See the Getting started page to help you navigate the services available. Information Services also run a programme of workshops to enhance your information and study skills with some materials available online in the Power Hours Workshops organisation in Vision.
IT problems can be frustrating, but we have IT helpdesks on hand that offer a friendly and knowledgeable drop-in support service.
