IPE scholarships are available as full or partial awards. Applications are managed by the Institute’s Research Coordination Committee (RCC), and are open twice each year with May 31st and November 30th deadlines for submission.

We encourage initial informal enquiries to be made through your potential research supervisor. You can find out who the Institute research theme leads are in the research area of the Institute’s website.

Once you have been advised to go ahead you can submit an online application form.

PhD research vacancies arise throughout the year within individual research groups. You might be contacted should your skills set match the criteria sought. The Institute advertises PG research vacancies on the IPE PhD opportunities web page.
