Accommodation at Dubai Campus
The student accommodation on our Dubai Campus comprises safe, secure and comfortable student apartments set in lush, green surroundings, situated close to shops and local amenities.
The apartments are based in Mirdiff, Etisalat Academy, which is a 15 minute drive from the Heriot-Watt University campus. A bus service is provided to take you to and from the campus. Daily transport to the city centre is also available.
There is separate accommodation for male and female students, comprising twin-sharing and single rooms. Each room has air conditioning, a telephone, remote-controlled colour television, study table and storage facilities. There are shared pantry facilities, laundry machines and ample parking.
The apartments offer common rooms for leisure time, as well as wi-fi and sports facilities, which are available at extra costs.
Accommodation fees
Accommodation fees include furnished accommodation, housekeeping and the transport service from the student accommodation to University and back. Fees do not include meals, internet and sports facilities, and other expenses of a personal nature.

How to apply
You can apply for accommodation by completing the Accommodation Form.
Terms & conditions
- Accommodation fees are non-refundable and are payable for the entire academic year in two instalments: the first is paid 30 days before the start of your programme; the second is paid as a post-dated cheque.
- Accommodation is limited, subject to availability, and is provided on a first-come first-served basis. We can only confirm your booking when we receive your completed Accommodation Form, accommodation fees, and any relevant tuition fees. All payments must be received at least 30 days before the start of your programme.
- Rooms are allotted as they become available and specific requests may not be possible.
- Accommodation is provided only for the dates within the Academic Year. You may be able to stay outwith these dates at an additional cost and subject to the availability of rooms. Please contact us for specific dates.
