Managing a medical condition through fitness
The Activity Referral Centre (ARC) is a facility aimed at helping people to manage a medical condition through exercise.
Fully qualified fitness professionals are working with local GPs and nurses to provide you with a high quality and safe environment for you to improve your health and wellbeing.
Clients are referred to us from the local doctor's surgery. Following an initial consultation, you will receive a programme of exercise (generally over 12 weeks) tailored to your needs and goals.

Consultations consist of two one-hour sessions, including pre- and post-evaluations.
