Our staff

We will:

  • be knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic
  • be polite, courteous, and show every customer respect
  • patrol the buildings regularly to ensure the safety of customers
  • and to maintain cleanliness of facilities
  • manage the facilities and services efficiently making sure any
  • issue that affects customer service is rectified swiftly

Sports & exercise facilities

We will endeavour to:

  • ensure all facilities are clean, safe, litter free
  • ensure all exercise areas have modern easy to use well maintained machines and equipment available for users
  • ensure sports areas have the appropriate equipment set up ready for use
  • ensure playing fields, courts and pitches are, well maintained with the appropriate markings and equipment in place

Changing, toilets & shower facilities

We will endeavour to:

  • ensure toilet and changing areas are clean, safe, litter free and
  • functional with available and free, secure storage for clothes
  • and belongings
  • ensure shower areas are at a safe and comfortable temperature
  • with hot water always available

Information & communication

  • We will endeavour to:
  • answer letters within 3 working days
  • reply to e-mails within 1 working day
  • answer the telephone quickly, within five rings and respond
  • promptly to messages
  • ensure up to date, accurate, relevant and clear information is available
  • answer your question immediately or obtain the answer for you swiftly

Environmental

We will endeavour to:

  • make sure facilities are always at the correct temperature for their intended use
  • make sure re-cycling facilities are readily available
  • switch off lights, heating and air conditioning when not required to reduce our carbon footprint
