Scottish Crucible 2013 aims to help bright thinkers see the bigger picture.

Not only will participants find out how other researchers at the same career stage are tackling similar issues, but they'll also get an insight as to how science decision-making happens. They'll find out how to deal with the media and explore ways of getting the best out of their students or research teams. Above all, they'll see what it takes to think more creatively and what that can do for their career.
