On Arrival
Graduands and guests should arrive at the James Watt Centre one hour before the start of their ceremony.

Graduand Registration
Graduand registration will take place at the James Watt Centre I reception desk. Upon registration, graduands will receive the following; seating card (graduands must sit in the seat number given), graduation programme and certificate presentation tube.

Guest Ticket Collection
Guest tickets will be available for collection at the James Watt Centre II reception desk. Guests will be issued tickets and graduation programmes.

Gown Collection
Gown collection will take place in the Wardlaw Room in James Watt Centre I.

Photography
Success Photography will be available in the Cedar and Oak rooms in the Hugh Nesbit Building with a number of photographic studios to take professional individual and family photographs to help mark your special day. We suggest you come along for your photographs before your ceremony if possible, or after the reception.

Graduation Ceremony
Graduands and guests must be seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The doors will be closed 10 minutes before the ceremony begins, and will not be re-opened until the ceremony has concluded. Late comers will not be permitted to enter.

Reception
Following each graduation ceremony in Edinburgh, there will be a reception in James Watt Centre II where refreshments will be served. The reception commences immediately after each ceremony has concluded and will last for approximately one hour.
