A reception for staff to share and celebrate the recent University successes took place during February in Malaysia, Dubai and Scottish campuses.
Principal, Professor Steve Chapman and senior managers hosted the events and thanked staff for their valued contribution to shaping the future of the University.
Principal, Professor Steve Chapman said: "The work undertaken by all of you to bring our vision of Heriot-Watt University to fruition and achieve these wonderful results is outstanding and you should all be extremely proud of your achievements.
"The University prides itself on collaborative team working in order to achieve results and I think this has been perfectly demonstrated through the work you have all carried out over the last twelve months.
"With the launch of the University's new Strategic Plan we are building on these very significant recent achievements but are setting higher targets again for the next five years.
"I look forward very much to the future of Heriot-Watt and working together in 2013 with you to continue to realise our strategic ambitions and vision of providing world class truly international education."
