Staff Golf Club - summer outing

The Heriot-Watt University Staff Golf Club (HWUSGC) outing has been arranged for Wednesday the 3rd of July at Kirkcaldy Golf Club in Fife.

Kirkcaldy Golf Course is set in 150 acres of a beautiful, rolling piece of Fife countryside with views out over Kirkcaldy and the Firth of Forth beyond.

The Course was designed by the famous Tom Morris in 1904. It is a very attractive 18 Hole parkland course designed to challenge golfers of all standards.

Non-members are welcome. This is a very sociable event which gives a great opportunity to meet colleagues socially.
The morning round is a stroke play competition at full handicap for the Campbell Trophy.

The HWUSGC Summer Cup

In the afternoon players will compete for the HWUSGC Summer Cup a Stableford competition played with full handicap. There will also be longest drive and nearest the pin prizes.

You may enter both competitions, the morning or afternoon competition with tee times starting at 9:40 am and 2:30pm respectively. If you wish to participate, please contact Graeme Purvis, Club Secretary.

Full day:

Two rounds of golf, morning coffee and hot roll, soup & filled roll & 2 course meal
HWU Staff Golf Society member : £42.00
Non-members : £46.00

Half day morning:

AM Round of golf with morning coffee/hot roll and soup & filled roll
HWU Staff golf society member : £25.00
Non-members : £27.00

Half day afternoon:

Round of golf with 2 course evening meal
HWU Staff Golf Society member : £28.00
Non-members : £30.00

Electric caddy Cars and Buggies are available for hire.
