Schools from across Scotland attended Glasgow City Chambers on the 15 May to compete in the Go4SET National Final. The event was hosted by Glasgow City Council as a Civic Reception and sponsored by Viridor UK.
Currie High School in Edinburgh, which won its regional heat at Heriot-Watt University, was selected by the judges as the overall winner and was presented with the Go4SET Scotland trophy and a cheque for £500 by Martin Grey, Communications Manager - External Affairs at Viridor. The other teams competing all received a cheque for £100.
96 Teams from across Scotland had entered the challenge 'Energy and Your School' run by the Engineering Development Trust.
