The University has introduced enhanced facilities in support of more effective and efficient incident management via an electronic health and safety management system (Safeguard).
All accidents with or without injury and any hazards identified must now be reported using Safeguard.
To report an Accident or Hazard any member of staff can submit an initial notification at Health & Safety Services SharePoint
Previously accidents were reported using a paper report form, this form has now been withdrawn and only electronic reports will be accepted.
