A PhD student from the School of Management and Languages is conducting research into employee attitudes at work and is seeking participants to take part in an online survey. All responses will be be anonymous.
The student is researching the link between employees attitudes to work, linking it with employee behaviour, commitment, and their engagement with the organisation in which they work.
The survey has been approved by the Heriot-Watt Ethics Committee.
