A Heriot-Watt PhD student from the School of Management and Languages is seeking participants for a survey to assist his research into employee attitudes at work.
The intention of the research is to examine the link between employees attitudes to work, linking it with employee behaviour, commitment, and their engagement with the organisation in which they work.
Participants will be anonymous. The survey can be accessed here.
