The Heriot-Watt Induction Guide has been updated to reflect recent changes to the University. The Induction Guide includes a wealth of information about Heriot-Watt University, photos of key Senior people, Health and Safety arrangements as well as services and facilities.

- Providing a welcoming and supportive environment so that new employees feel they've made the right choice coming to Heriot-Watt University
- Supporting new colleagues in their first few weeks at Heriot-Watt about how we do things here, thereby boosting their confidence, as well as enhancing and accelerating learning to get people off to a good start Helping reduce incidences of early departure which are disruptive to individuals and costly to the University.
