Staff and students are reminded that if they contact the emergency services/ambulance service direct, they must report the incident immediately to Security Control.
The Security Patrol Officers are the only staff tasked to assist and/or guide the emergency services to the incident location.
In addition staff and students are reminded that first aid can be administered by trained University staff who can also help to assess the requirement for ambulance services.
