Learning and Teaching Oscars 2013 shortlist announced

Date:

This year over 1100 nominations were received from students explaining why their lecturer or member of support staff was excellent and deserved to win a Learning and Teaching Oscar.

A group of School Officers, members of the Student Union Executive Committee and NUS Scotland sat down and went through each and every nomination, judging each staff member nominated on the quality of their nominations rather than the quantity received. Eventually after 5 hours of debate and discussion, the shortlist was finalised.
