The Young Academy of Scotland is a partner in a new photographic competition open to scholars across Europe. Working with the Young Academies of Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Russia, the participating academies are seeking images that explain what makes research fascinating. The competition is open to all scholars (PhD-students, postdoctoral scholars, and advanced researchers and professors) from Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Scotland, and Sweden. The deadline for submissions is Monday 15 April 2013.
