Students and staff are invited to attend the launch of Heriot-Watt's entry to the UK Formula Student competition. This takes place on Thursday 27 June, at the Postgraduate Centre, Edinburgh Campus at 7.30pm.
Formula Student event
Every year a team of Heriot-Watt students, HWRacing, takes part in the Formula Student competition. This involves designing, manufacturing, assembling and managing a single-seater race car, which competes at Silverstone race circuit in July against over 100 other universities from all over the world.
The HWR-04
This year, HWRacing is launching the HWR-04, HWRacing's fourth car to enter the competition in as many years. This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase this year's work, and to thank those who have made this project possible.
