Scottish Power has advised that it will be carrying out essential maintenance work to its grid transformer at Currie from Monday 8 July to Friday 12 July. This transformer supplies the University Campus and much of the surrounding area.
It is extremely unlikely that the Campus will be affected by the work. However, it is recommended that during the 8-12 July every effort is taken to keep electricity consumption to a minimum.
