Information Services plan to re-launch the eduroam wireless service on Tuesday 21 May.
Eduroam is a globally available service (at participating sites).
In order to be fully compliant with the eduroam acceptable use policy and technical requirements, all staff and student must use the following username format when configuring their mobile devices, either manually or via the Xpressconnect configuration tool: username@hw.ac.uk
Important
You must use your HW account and password which may not be the one you used previously for eduroam (you can change your password at http://my.hw.ac.uk/passwords.
You must use the full username@hw.ac.uk format (not just your username)
If you have not configured your mobile device to use this format, please do so before 21 May 2013. Failure to do so will result in your device not being able to connect to the eduroam wireless service.
