Information Services have implemented some changes in the way staff access their email notifications for Voicemail using a PC or mobile device. These changes were necessary in order to improve the access security to the voicemail servers and to allow users of IOS devices such as iPhone and iPad to listen to their messages.
From Wednesday 6 February, staff, when receiving voicemail notifications via email will see that the message will arrive as an attachment.
To listen to the message , simply double-click the attachment. If prompted, click open in the dialogue box but also tick the box to dismiss this step on future notifications.
