The British Science Festival student bursary scheme is now open. This scheme allows organisations from around the country to nominate students of their choice to attend the British Science Festival. This year the Festival will take place in Newcastle from 7 - 12 September, hosted by the University of Newcastle.

Each bursary costs £370 and enables you to support a student to attend the Festival for the full week’s activities. It will provide an outstanding opportunity for students to broaden their horizons, meet leading scientists and speakers, engage in debate and discussion about the impact of science in society and enjoy the atmosphere of an event that is extensively covered in the media.
