A new round of Beltane Fellowship funding is now available. The deadline for submissions is 4 February 2013.
As with previous Beltane Fellowship calls, this one provides funding to enable academic or research staff to spend the equivalent of one day a week for up to six months working on public engagement activity. For this call, there are two themes:
• Inclusive, Innovative and Secure Societies
• Wellbeing in an Ageing Population
All applications must address at least one of these themes.
To be eligible to apply, you must be a member of academic or research staff (with a contract outliving the proposed Fellowship end-date) at one of the four Edinburgh universities who support Beltane (The University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier University, Queen Margaret University or Heriot-Watt University). Previous public engagement experience is not essential.
Application details and further information is available here.
