You'll find Putrajaya is a modern, spacious city that offers a very attractive environment for living and studying. Its centrepiece is a 650-hectare, man-made lake which stretches across the urban area. Basing the city around this lake has created a very appealing landscape characterised by greenery and dotted with Botanical gardens.
A great place for furthering your education
Putrajaya is a great city for study boasting excellent facilities, modern infrastructure and good transport links, and as it's based in the Multimedia Corridor, it benefits from a highly efficient broadband IT network. It is developing as an attractive centre of learning for both local and international students and a vibrant student population is steadily growing in the city. These attributes make our campus here a place that can really enhance your learning.
A wide range of new, purpose-built leisure facilities
Putrajaya has exceptional local facilities including a new, highly acclaimed, Extreme Sports centre, several Futsal centres, an Equestrian Centre and a number of multi-purpose sports centres. You can access water sports of all kinds on the city's lake such as rowing, sailing, water ski-ing, dragon boat racing, and canoeing/kayaking. There are three public swimming pools and near the city you can find tennis, golf, soccer, rugby, cricket, hockey, netball, basketball, volleyball and athletics facilities.
It's easy to get around the city and beyond
Travelling around Putrajaya is easy: a new subway system is currently being built and there is an existing, efficient bus system. An Express Rail link gives quick access to Kuala Lumpur, while by car you can easily connect with the towns and cities in the Klang Valley, and the Maju Expressway takes you directly to the heart of the capital.
