There is rather a large number of new quality sites featured in this issue, and more than enough to keep you busy, but I hope that as well as checking out the ones of interest you will also manage to read the other sections and especially the interview with Ian Winship. Ian is the co-author (along with Alison McNab) of the excellent book 'The student's guide to the Internet' which was published recently and which has already become popular with students in the UK and elsewhere. He is well known in the networked world, and amongst other things he contributes to many email discussion groups. A number of the sites listed in this newsletter are discovered first by him, and I am sure that his views on various topics will be of interest.
