Subject Librarians

If you need help with finding information, or advice on locating, accessing or searching resources, or choosing databases, ask your Subject Librarian for help. The Subject Librarians:

  • Answer enquiries at the enquiry desk, in person or by telephone, or email
  • Help with accessing the library's electronic resources from home or on campus
  • Maintain How To Find Out guides
  • Provide help with all aspects of information gathering
  • Make sure the library's stock and services support teaching, study and research through liaison with Schools
  • Identify and order new reference resources
  • Advise staff on resources and services to support teaching
  • Advise on adding library materials to Vision courses
