Enquiry Service
The Library provides an Enquiry Service in both the Riccarton Library and the Scottish Borders Campus Library, where you can ask for assistance in identifying and using appropriate printed and electronic resources for your study, teaching or research. The service is staffed by the Subject Librarians and other senior members of Library staff. You can contact the Enquiry Service in person, by phone, or by email.
Riccarton Library Enquiry Service
The Enquiries Librarian will help with your enquiry or refer you to the appropriate Subject Librarian or other member of the Library staff. During semester, the Enquiries Librarian can be found at the Enquiry Desk on Level 2. During vacation, the Enquiries Librarian is available for consultation on request; please ask the Service Desk staff to refer you to the Librarian on duty.

Scottish Borders Campus Library
The Library Manager can help with your enquiry. During semester, the Library Manager can normally be found at or near the Enquiry Desk from 10.00-16.00. During vacations, the Library Manager is available for consultation on request.
