Comments, suggestions, complaints form

Fill out a form and place it in the box near the Service Desk or send it to Riccarton or Scottish Borders Campus Library.  If you give your name and School we'll send you a reply within three working days.
 

Satisfaction survey

Complete the Library's Satisfaction Survey. The Survey runs throughout the year, and the results are analysed each summer. The results of previous surveys are available here.
 

School Library representatives

Contact your Representative, who will contact the Library directly if necessary.
 

Staff-Student Committee / HWUSA

Raise the matter with your School's Staff-Student Committee, or with the officers of the Heriot-Watt University Students Association.

Use the University's Complaints Procedure.
