You can use Instant Messaging (IM) to chat with a Librarian at Heriot-Watt (Edinburgh campus).

Service hours during term time:
Monday to Friday from 12:30pm - 2:30pm
from 5:00pm - 9:30pm
Saturday & Sunday from 12:30pm - 7:45pm

Service hours during vacation:
Monday to Friday from 10:00am - 4:45pm
