Multiple destinations - If you are travelling to more than one country during your business trip or placement please list each country at the sections labelled ‘Destination 2’, ‘Destination 3’ and ‘Destination 4’, as appropriate.

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office issues regular updates to travel risks internationally and provides travel status information for each country. Visit www.fco.gov.uk and read the travel advice for the country to be visited. The University Travel Policy excludes travel to all areas where the Foreign & Commonwealth Office has advised against all travel and non essential business. If this applies to the country you intend to visit further advice must be sought from the Group Risk Office.
British Nationals are required to register with the LOCATE service provided by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Non-British Nationals should register with the relevant local consulate on arrival at the destinations.

The University will not use such sensitive personal data about you or others except for the specific purpose for which you provide it. We will not disclose your information to anyone outside the University except where we have your permission or where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
