Development Review (PDR) was introduced to ensure that every
member of staff at Heriot-Watt University is able to fully
contribute to the delivery of the University's strategy, and to help
them meet their own career aspirations and goals.
PDR is a tool to help you identify your
performance objectives and the development you need in your role.
Though the review cycle, you will be able to clarify objectives and
discuss feedback on your performance with your line manager, helping
you realise your full potential.
