The Principal and Deans Committee is the executive committee of the Senate. It co-ordinates the business of the committees of the Senate to expedite such business as is considered necessary on behalf of the Senate. The Committee deals on behalf of the Senate with business requiring immediate action and reports to the Senate on action taken in the exercise of this power.
