School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences
The School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences (MACS), provides advanced learning in the core skills required for science, technology and commerce. Students can study courses containing specialist modules that will prepare them for vocations ranging from finance and the actuarial profession, to artificial intelligence and multimedia systems. MACS is strongly orientated towards research and advanced postgraduate courses. Research has been independently assessed as being of international or national excellence whilst the School's master's courses attract students from across the globe.
