Current Postgraduate Students

The information to assist our postgraduate students with their studies from registration through to graduation is assembled here. Forms, guidance, policies and information relating to the administrative side of your academic studies are collected together with the contact details of the relevant support teams.

Occasionally it is necessary for students to extend their postgraduate study period (exceeding one additional year from date of first registration), suspend studies or to apply for additional assessment opportunities. In these cases students should complete an Amendment to Registration From which must be approved by the Postgraduate Studies Committee.

Occasionally it is necessary for students to switch from full-time to part-time study, to study off-campus, to extend their postgraduate study period (not exceeding one additional year from date of first registration) or to suspend their studies owing to their personal circumstances. In these cases students should complete an Amendment to Registration From which must be approved by the student's School or Institute. (Dubai Campus students should return the completed form to the Student Services Office)
