Student Services Office

Welcome to the Student Services Office. We have responsibility for a range of administrative services including registration, examinations, graduations, transfers, coursework submission and immigration. We are your first point of contact for advice on non-academic matters. You can find us on the first floor of the Dubai Campus building.

Opening Hours (term-time)

The office is open at the following times:

• Friday – Monday: 9.30 to 5.30pm (10am on Sunday)
• Tuesday – Thursday: 9.30am to 8.00pm

Opening Hours (outside of term-time)

The office is open at the following times:

• Saturday – Wednesday: 9.30 to 5.30pm (10am on Sunday)
• Thursday: 9.30am to 8.00pm
• Friday: closed

(At certain times of the year it may be necessary to modify opening hours. Modified opening hours will be posted at the appropriate Office).
