Cycle Routes to Heriot-Watt University - From Edinburgh Park

From the boundary road near the loch take the track under the bypass which comes out as a track leading to a builders yard. Go to the end of that lane and turn left at the T-junction. This road takes you over the M8 and the canal. You can join the canal at this point and go onto Hermiston, getting off the canal opposite the Principal's house, and taking Hermiston House Rd to the A71, cross the A71 and go into the campus at the gatehouse.
