It was built as a 'home-from-home' for students, a place to make friends and meet people.
The Chaplaincy exists to promote spiritual and social wellbeing. It is open to everyone - both students and staff - from all backgrounds and cultures. People of all faiths and no religious faith are welcome.
As well as Church services on Sundays, we hold many social and cultural events. Don't miss the Wednesday meal at 6.00pm during semester, when students cook for other students. There are also many trips to beautiful parts of Scotland throughout the year. A full list of events is listed here. The Chaplaincy can be booked for the use of various groups and conferences.

The Chaplain and Honorary Chaplains are available for pastoral/counselling matters and to discuss questions of faith, weddings, baptisms, church membership, personal matters and any other issues. Confidentiality is assured. Feel free to come in for a chat about anything.
Bookings of the Chaplaincy for social events, barbeques, meetings, or weddings can be made through the secretary (Tillie) during office hours.
