Higher Education Careers Services in Scotland have launched an exciting new ‘one-stop-shop’ service to enable you to promote your graduate vacancies to students across Scotland faster and more efficiently.
Whether your graduate vacancy has an immediate start date or summer / autumn start, is in the UK or overseas, we can advertise them for you free of charge.
Our ‘one-stop-shop’ involves the universities of Heriot-Watt, Abertay, Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow Caledonian, Glasgow, Edinburgh Napier, St Andrews, Stirling and Strathclyde and the University of the West of Scotland. You can choose to advertise at Heriot-Watt only or all of these.

Guidelines
ProspectsNet is our online service for advertising graduate vacancies to final year students and recent graduates.
The system is very easy to use and allows you to create, modify, copy vacancies as well as check how many times your vacancy had been viewed by our students and graduates. There is full help and information within the system as well as technical support.
You can create vacancy adverts and post them to the Heriot-Watt University Careers Service and to a number of other Careers Services around Scotland - all in one go!
Once registered you will receive an email from ProspectNet confirming your login and password. You can then use the "Change Password" facility under "My Details" to choose your own password.
Please take the time to complete all the fields on the form to give your vacancy full search criteria to reach a targeted audience. When you submit your vacancy, it does not launch immediately onto our websites. Your vacancy will be checked by a member of the Careers staff who will approve or reject the vacancy.
Each University Careers Service reserves the right to refuse to advertise a vacancy without giving a reason, and may edit your information to ensure that it has maximum impact.
The vacancy will be archived automatically on the expiry date you enter. If you experience any problems with this service, please email careers@hw.ac.uk
