Heritage and Information Governance
The University Heritage and Information Governance develops policy and procedures to:
- Preserve our corporate memory by selecting archives and objects as a permanent record of the University’s development and achievements
- Manage, develop and promote access to the University’s unique archive and museum collections and make the most of their potential to support learning, teaching, research, marketing and community engagement
- Manage University records to support effective service delivery and business continuity and comply with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act, Data Protection Act and other statutory obligations.
