Salary Scales:

  • Professorial Minimum:   Grade 10, £54,283
  • Reader and Senior Lecturer – Grade 9, £45,486 – 52,706
  • Lecturer – Grade 7 or 8, £29,249 – £44,166 DOE

Heriot-Watt University is creating 20 academic posts (professorial and associated) across a range of disciplines. Building on our position as a leading research and knowledge transfer institution, as outlined in our Global Thinking, Worldwide Influence strategic plan http://www.hw.ac.uk/about/reputation/strategic-plan.htm.  We are seeking research leaders and ambitious early career researchers to lead and drive research in key inter-disciplinary areas.
